REUNIONS AND ANNIVERSARIES

CLASS REUNIONS- are a specialty for us at RPM. We will help you every step of the way –locating classmates, preparing for your reunion of classmates, providing nostalgic, etc. We can prepare nostalgic fun quizzes and revive actual memories of your days in school. We will surround your event with artifacts which will include memorabilia, radio DJ shows, news events, and of course the golden oldies of your “glory days”. Our massive archive enables RPM to pinpoint your formitative schools years to precisely revive memories exactly the way they occurred.

FAMILY REUNIONS- We will do much of the same for family reunions as for school reunions with the important addition of creating a family-friendly environment especially welcoming family members who are being welcomed from afar.

ENTERTAINMENT CHOICE GUIDELINES

Research consistently shows that entertainment dj’s have 75 to 80% of the responsibility at most events. Clients, especially at weddings claim that 80 to 90% of the success of their events is directly attributed to the entertainment presentation. Unfortunately event, reception and party planners usually allocate less than 10% of their budget for music entertainment. Historically, other than the guest(s) of honor at your wedding or event, guests most fondly and enthusiastically recall the music entertainment.

RPM knows that no price (high, average or low) is a good price if you don’t get the quality entertainment and service you want. With this in mind, RPM asks every prospective client what % of their budget they are devoting to hiring professional entertainment. Inevitably, hiring true professionals is likely to guarantee the success of your event. We pride ourselves on being consummate professionals. Your entertainment provider should be paid “fair market value’ for his/her services.

As you explore different entertainment companies RPM recommends that you compare them using several variables such as pricing, professionalism, track record, longevity of service, menu of services and the company they keep. LOCATION

Although our primary service area is New Jersey, RPM will travel anywhere especially neighboring NY, PA and CT. There will be reasonable location service charges for performances outside our primary coverage area.
